To match their visionary retail concept, WOW required an equally innovative mobile app — one that could encapsulate the in-store experience, while offering comprehensive digital capabilities for exploration, purchase, and brand interaction.

Our task was to bring WOW’s mobile vision to fruition — developing a fully native mobile app that reflects the design and innovation of the physical store. Leveraging WOW’s existing design framework, we crafted two apps from scratch: one for iOS and another for Android.

The same system manages content for the WOW website, maintaining a consistent source of truth across digital touchpoints.

  • Integrated login and account management, including support for Apple and Google login, to enhance the user journey.
  • Flexible payment options with Apple Pay, Klarna, and credit card integration — providing users with quick, secure, and seamless checkout flows, whether shopping at home or in-store.
  • Barcode and QR scanning capabilities enable users to engage with physical products in-store. By scanning an item, they can quickly access detailed product information, pricing, and purchase options directly in the app.
